  • Will my new website be mobile-friendly?

    Yes, all of the websites we build are mobile friendly. The majority of your potential customers are searching and shopping on their phones. Our websites are optimized for speed and usability on mobile devices.

  • How do I keep my site updated over time?

    Broadly websites include free customer support and up to 2 hours of design time per quarter. Broadly completes the majority of website edits in 2-3 business days. We can also give you access to make your own edits through our self-serve portal.

  • What if I don’t like my new site?

    We want you to love your new site from Broadly! Every website project begins with a design consultation and website preview - this ensures we start off in the right design direction. Once you

    get your preview, you’ll be able to provide feedback on the layout and content of the site. If we are in the late stages of the website project and you decide you want a complete overhaul of the design, there will be an additional cost.

  • Do you help with e-commerce?

    No, but we can recommend third-party e-commerce solutions that work well with websites by Broadly.

  • What happens if I cancel my services?

    Your website is part of your Broadly subscription, so if you cancel your subscription, your website will be taken down within 30 days. After 12 months of subscription, we will provide you a .zip file with your website’s code and content

    upon request. We will hand back your domain at no cost. Your new domain provider may charge you for the domain transfer.

  • How many pages can my website be?

    Broadly recommends your new website is 10 or fewer pages, but your site can have a maximum of 20 pages. Also, you can add additional pages on your own after your site goes live.

  • Are you an SEO company?

    We are not an SEO company. We do design SEO friendly websites that will include ALT tags, proper naming of images, keywords, and site descriptions.

  • Do we host clients Domain name? (ie. www.domain.com)

    We host one domain name per account. If your company does not have one we will purchase a domain name as a part of  your website subscriptions. If your domain name is hosted else where we can transfer that to us as well. When you cancel your subscription we will send it to the host of your choice.
